Choose hotel WPC wall panels by confirming the location, required evidence and installation constraints before approving the finish. Your purchasing brief should connect the designer's selection to a model, quantity and complete installation scope.

We recommend using one approval record for each proposed wall location. This keeps a lobby feature wall decision from being copied into an area with different requirements.

Start with the Wall's Role

An interior feature wall, an escape-route lining and a wet-zone wall can have different requirements. WPC is a material description, not a universal fire or water-performance classification. Establish the intended location before comparing decorative profiles.

Compare Profile and Finish

Fluted and slatted profiles create shadow lines; flatter surfaces give a quieter visual background. Compare samples under the planned lighting and approve the exact finish, dimensions and joint detail. A photo does not establish the final color, gloss or texture.

Shortlist profiles from our indoor WPC wall panel range. Ask for a larger assembled sample where a small piece cannot show the intended joint or lighting effect.

Retain the approved finish reference and record which rooms use it. This gives repeat orders and replacement requests a clearer starting point without promising identical future batches.

Check Fire and Emissions Evidence

Request an applicable report identifying the tested model, construction, thickness, backing, mounting and test method. Check that its scope covers the product being quoted and the requirements of the destination. A supplier listing or a generic certificate does not establish a rating for every panel in the category.

An interior decorative panel should not be assumed suitable for exterior exposure, a shower enclosure or a required fire-resisting assembly. Review each use with the responsible project professional.

Finish approval is not technical approval. Keep unresolved report or installation questions visible before releasing the affected purchase quantity.

Coordinate Installation

Ask for the model-specific fixing method, substrate requirements, support spacing, movement allowance and edge details. Installation time depends on the wall, access, cutting and finishing work. Obtain an installer estimate for the actual layout rather than relying on a universal daily output.

Ask the designer and installer to coordinate corners, lighting, sockets and other service openings. Include those details in the quotation so the panel price does not hide necessary finishing work.

Budget for the Complete Wall Scope

Compare panels, trims, supports, preparation, labor and delivery separately. Add agreed spare stock and protection during construction where your project requires them.

Calculate cutting allowance from wall layouts and supplied lengths instead of applying an unsupported universal percentage. Ask who pays for additional materials when drawings or site dimensions change.

We recommend approving a representative mockup before repeating the design across many rooms. Review appearance and installation details together, then record any required changes before expanding the order.
