Before buying wall stickers in bulk, agree the exact construction, useful coverage and packaging for each finish. Your order brief should connect those decisions to an approved sample and a comparable quotation.
For importers and retailers, a decorative code alone leaves important purchasing questions unanswered. We recommend resolving those questions before committing to inventory or printed packaging.
Start With the Exact Finish Reference
Start with a model in our wall sticker catalog, then record its dimensions and format. Keep the website's WS- identifier alongside the original finish reference for clearer supplier discussions.
A collection can contain different backings, patterns and sizes. Ask which construction the quotation covers so a finish choice cannot substitute for a complete specification.

Separate Wall Coverings From Rigid Panels
Self-adhesive coverings, PVC marble sheets and PVC ceiling profiles are different constructions. Confirm the layers, backing and installation method before describing the range to your customers.
A marble-look finish is not natural marble, and a metallic finish is not necessarily solid metal. Likewise, a soft ceramic collection name does not prove a fired-ceramic composition.
What to Include in a Bulk Inquiry
| Decision | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Finish | Full model reference, including any suffix for accent color |
| Format | Sheet or roll, width, length, thickness and agreed tolerances |
| Quantity | Number of pieces of that format; keep area and carton counts separate |
| Installation | Wall substrate, moisture or heat exposure and intended room |
| Packaging | Bulk pack, individual bag or printed retail card; label language |
| Delivery | Destination country, port or postcode, target date and trade term |
Use one row per selected finish when requesting quotations. This makes missing dimensions, mixed units and packaging exceptions easier for your purchasing team to identify.
Carton Quantity Is Not MOQ
Carton quantity is not your minimum order. Confirm MOQ, pieces per carton and any mixed-finish restrictions separately for the selected construction.
Packing can change with sheet size, protection and retail presentation. Request a model-specific packing list instead of copying figures from another collection.
Calculation example only: a nominal 300 × 600 mm rectangle has an area of 0.18 m². Interlocking edges, pattern alignment and trimming can reduce useful installed coverage.
Verify coverage from adjoining samples before approving customer-facing wording. Use our private label packaging guide to separate sheet count, retail packs and shipping cartons.

Approve a Sample and a Written Specification
Check the finish, edge fit, pattern repeat and backing against your intended application. Follow the selected product's instructions when reviewing adhesion on representative substrates.
Agree observation periods, removal procedures and acceptance criteria before the sample review. Our sample checking guide helps you turn observations into a written approval record.
A peel-and-stick label does not guarantee damage-free removal from every painted wall. Keep unconfirmed claims out of your sales copy to avoid setting expectations the sample cannot support.
Request applicable fire and emissions documents for the exact construction and destination. Direct water, cooking heat, overhead installation and exterior exposure need separate suitability review.

Quote the Full Order Cost
Compare material, retail packaging, printing and inspection as separate cost lines. Then add transport, export charges, freight, insurance and destination costs on the same trade-term basis.
Keep sample charges separate and ask whether any later order credit applies. Confirm reorder quantities and packaging setup charges before calculating the margin for your sales channel.
Decide Whether the Order Is Ready
| Order status | Your next purchasing action |
|---|---|
| Construction or coverage unclear | Request the missing specification before comparing unit prices |
| Sample fails an agreed check | Hold the affected finish and discuss the cause |
| Packaging not approved | Review a packed sample before printing or production commitments |
| Technical and commercial scope agreed | Record the approved version in the purchase specification |
Send your bulk inquiry with finish references, quantities, packing needs and destination. We can review the brief and seek supplier confirmation of availability and current terms.
