Repeat orders can drift when teams quote from memory or copy an old carton label. Record the exact model, format, backing and approved sample before requesting replenishment.
For distributors, a short record helps the purchasing team compare the new offer with the last accepted order. It also shows which fields still need confirmation. Ask your team to retrieve the approved model and sample record before preparing a new request.
Keep model and finish references together
Write the catalog code beside the original supplier finish reference. Add a photograph or retained sample identifier when the visual finish affects the selection.
The wall sticker catalog groups different constructions and formats. A similar color or pattern does not prove that two codes share the same backing or dimensions.

Separate appearance from construction
GS-P is the flat-textured GS collection, while GS uses a fluted grille pattern. The product pages identify different appearances, but the quote must still confirm the supplied construction.
For GS-P, the sample book lists white and black IXPE backing options with separate thickness references. Confirm the selected backing, thickness and format on the current order line.
| Reorder field | Record for the selected reference |
|---|---|
| Model | Catalog code and original finish code |
| Appearance | Approved sample or finish image reference |
| Construction | Confirmed layers, adhesive and backing |
| Format | Sheet or roll, width, length and tolerance |
| Commercial unit | Pieces per pack, carton quantity and MOQ |
A product photograph helps identify a finish, but it cannot confirm the supplied layers. Ask the supplier to resolve any difference before approving the new quotation.

Record roll dimensions on the purchase line
The RS sample book lists L118 and L139 patterns as 1200 mm-wide rolls. Listed lengths include 2500, 2800, 2900 and 3000 mm.
Use those entries as a shortlist, not a promise of current availability. Ask the supplier to confirm the selected pattern, roll width, cut length and backing for the order.
The RS-L118-1 and RS-L139-1 pages show distinct finish references. Keep each code on its own order line.

Review changes before releasing the order
Compare the current quotation with the last approved specification. Mark differences in material layers, backing, dimensions, packaging, labels or required documents.
Treat a changed construction or backing as a new sample decision. Review any affected installation conditions before ordering. Do not carry an earlier sample approval across to an unconfirmed version.
Ask the supplier to identify the version covered by each technical document. Keep reports linked to the exact construction and intended application.
Keep the commercial scope separate
Confirm pieces per retail pack, pieces per carton and minimum order independently. A carton count does not establish the supplier's MOQ or confirm a mixed-finish order.
Request current price, production timing and delivery terms on the same model and packing basis. Our bulk order checklist separates these quotation questions from sample approval. Use the wall sticker sheet coverage guide to calculate an initial count from project dimensions.
Send a complete reorder brief
Attach the previous order reference when available. List the requested model, finish, dimensions, backing, quantity and destination in the inquiry.
Include photos of the retained sample and any changed label. We can review the request and seek supplier confirmation before the quotation is finalized.
Prepare a wall covering reorder request with the exact references. Current availability, product specifications and commercial terms require supplier confirmation.
